Looking to have newborn photographs taken after your little one arrives? Look no further! I specialize in newborn photography and serve the New Jersey and New York area. Just a few months ago I was contacted by Rosa who was referred by a family friend, and was so excited for the arrival of her baby girl in February. She booked her session a few months in advance which was the best timing so we could guarantee her session to be scheduled during the first two weeks after her expected due date.

We planned for the setups to consist of mostly neutral tones, but I knew they had some great props waiting for me from different Etsy shops when I arrived! I love when my clients ask to include a special prop or outfit that is meaningful to them into our newborn session, it always makes the images more memorable. Also since I am a traveling newborn photographer I am not able to bring the full spectrum of props I own with me, as I need to keep it reasonable so it helps to know my expectant parents have something special for their new arrival! At this session not only did I fall in love with the deep cranberry tutu with matching headband but also, with spring approaching, the vibrantly colored floral wrap to swaddle in while she slept in baby dreamland at the end of our session! So finally, as promised here is a little peek into Sophia’s first official portrait session, and I cannot wait to see her in a few short months at her 6 month session!
